Staff was super helpful and accommodating
8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The location was good. We did a concert that evening at the United Center and it was in walking distance. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and we got coffee in the morning to get us started.
7 / 10Bon·oct. 2026
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I liked that the window in our room could be opened. The place was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Also, it was pretty quiet outside on a Friday night.
It was obviously a very old building, so the room was small and the hallway narrow. I also would have preferred having an in-room coffee maker. I was disappointed that there wasn't much for a breakfast snack.
