Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %9 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Breakfast was the same bagles, muffins, and meats 3 consecutive days so recommend some daily changes or variety. Staff respondd to requests for fresh towels and kept the room supplied with necessary items.
The reservation system through Booking.com mistakenly made my reservation for Quality Inn in Ashland, Kentucky. I was on the Quality Inn Ashland, New Hampshire website when reserving where I intended to stay. The New Hampshire location was not able to cancel out Kentuckey and when I called Kentucky on 10/4/2026 that location was not able to cancel out the incorrect reservation. New Hampshire hotel staff indicated that same mistake has happened a few times as well. I have attempted to contact Booking.com via email several times without a response. If I am fully charged for Kentucky I intend to never use a hotel that reserved through Booking.com.
