Comfort Suites Murfreesboro Shopping District

Our stay was three nights and the breakfast sausage was reheated not fresh.

We have always selected Comfort Suites and were happy with the choice. However, this particular hotel needs updated and cleaned. There were two dirty washcloths under our bathroom sink, the carpeting in the hallway, and dining area were dirty and aged with wrinkled carpet. The dining area wall paper is loose and torn. Anyway, we have not experienced this in other Comfort Suites.

1) Breakfast was not good. Out of 3 mornings, I only had it once and stopped going there. 2) The staff was not helpful. My wife and I checked in Saturday afternoon. The lady who checked us in was not the friendliest. On Sunday, there was NO cleaning of the room. We had to ask for extra towels. One Sunday, we asked the receptionist (a different lady) around 10:30 AM to have our room cleaned while we were leaving for shopping and a long lunch break. We returned about three hours later and our room still was not cleaned. When we complained to that receptionist, she simply said cleaning was taking its own specific order. We left again for another two hours after which the room was finally cleaned for the first time in two days. It was cleaned very well for sure despite the delay.
