Although we paid for it, we had a room facing the Lake, had a door opening to a small balcony which was awesome? There was also a rooftop patio which was beautiful.
The room is carpeted with wall to wall broadloom and I happen to be allergic to it. Having the door open was so helpful.

I love the balcony view of Lake George and I felt the hotel was in the center of everything

It was spaciousi didnt enjoy the bed. It was too hard.
Should have free bottled water in room upon checking in, should get a free complimary breakfast for 2 if staying more than 2 nights. Also i asked to be put near my family. I was on the 4th floor they were on the 2nd floor. I wasent happy bout that.

I liked that it was easy access to the strip
The woman at the coffee bar was not the friendliest. The hallways smelled musty snd the room.
