It was clean and comfortable.
The front desk clerk called my room at around 9pm.

The staff are amazing! Booking did not book a two queen bed room and the staff scrabbled to fix the situation on a very full and busy night. After 12 hours of driving we were exhausted and the staff were so understanding. They put a 2 queen bedroom together, no tv in the room.
No entry access from the side parking lot.

Breakfast was nice, large room
Called the front desk 2 times from the pool and asked for towels, as they were all out. Waited 15 min each time. Said he would bring towels right away. Never came. Saw him walk by the pool window at least 3 different times, head down typing on his cell phone. Never got towels. My whole family had to walk back to our rooms soaking wet. This part was just bad customer service, kind of ruined my day after driving 8 hours that day. Would probably stay at another place next time, as this just put a bad taste in my mouth after this experience.
