Well the cost u cant beat. Its a decent quality for the price. There would be some things that could use some attention just like anywhere.
Need a working ice machine maybe even a guest laundry facility also a pool is a big attraction try to keep it clean and there is space why not offer a quality continental breakfast. And I think two things need to be addressed one replace some of the older mattresses slring mattresses are so bad and appliances. Also the shingles on roof are really bad im sure there are some leaks somewhere. Just ideas i know some are costly but little by little. I think mattress upgrades would be a huge repeat customer plan the other stuff it aint meant to last forever so replace as needed. But I do enjoy the stay and it has really been a blessing thank u

That is right off the highway and it’s easy to access and that whoever needs a room to stay in love for no matter how many nights they need
The staff were very helpful. They answer every questions that I have answered the properties claim they got maintenance that works there that if there’s any issues the long as it’s reported and they will take care of it.
