Really nice and cool motel in the center of Kanab. Close to the grocery shop and shoppig strip. The owner and housekeepers are very nice and friendly

Very clean, comfortable. Friendly, helpful, informal staff.
Refrigerator was turned off when I arrived, but when I plugged it in and ran it all night, it worked fine (and saved items from my cooler.)
Very comfortable bed.
Wifi worked fine.
Despite being right in town and an older, small facility, no intrusive noise from outside.
After camping in the very quiet wilderness, the air conditioning seemed quite loud.
Couldn't find a way to adjust the AC.
Small stove & kitchen sink were in the room but not working--a little confusing (but I hadn't expected kitchen facilities, so not a problem).
The mechanism for diverting water from the tub faucet to the shower was faulty, such that half the water never got to the shower head. The shower was lovely and hot, but a shame to see so much water just dribbling from the faucet down the drain.

Price
Poor location and area and hotel are pretty "run down". Room seemed clean but space under outside door.
