Good location
Instructions on television use would be useful.
The barbeque grill appeared to be out of gas.

Location location location! Walk to Peru lift in 5 minutes
Very dated interior with several items in need of a fix… fireplace inoperable, shoddy repair work seen in bathrooms and ancient appliances like electric can opener and mixer that should be tossed in the 1990s.
