Location was away from the hectic downtown area and right on the water. Plenty of space and a nice pool.
Though away from downtown it was not without obnoxious loudness at all hours. No monitoring it seemed at all of quite hours.
Condo was nice but is going to deteriorate quickly. Cleaning was half hearted at best. Dirty tv screens. Dirty base boards. Cob webs everywhere along with spiders and bugs both alive and dead everywhere.
