Loved the simple arrival process, just enter the door code.
Beautiful view off balconies.
Golf cart rental was not convenient because the start and return times were tied to check-in/check-out times. We wanted to cart for parts of SOME days, and starting in the morning of our second day, not the day we checked in. We found a more flexible (and slightly less expensive) rental agency down the road.
Guests in other rooms were noisy, arguing on their balconies. Foul language!

Amazing and relaxing view right on the water as we had hoped :)
A few minor maintenance issues need addressed - freezer shelves were falling down, towel bar was falling down, and left upstairs sink didn't drain well at all.
