The property had an excellent location, and I liked the way it was organized and operated.
The air conditioning, refrigerator, and bathroom ventilation were very noisy. There was also a constant sound of water leaking or running in the toilet. Although I reported these issues to the staff, they neither followed up nor provided a solution. For this reason, I decided not to extend my stay. I believe the property could offer a much better experience by addressing the noise and taking guests’ complaints more seriously.

Very clean and centrally located.
The staff are somewhat disconnected. Gather it’s from the a shortage of staff.

The location was great. It is close to many stores and restaurants.
The staff was not rude but not welcoming either. I felt tolerated instead of wanted. I also would have preferred a room on the first floor. I have 3 children and one of which has difficulty walking long distances.
