The amenities in the unit! And the location was convenient
Neighbours upstairs can be noisy and it was hard to sleep when they walk about late at night. I think they are students renting the place

Good communication
I can’t complain about anything. It’s an older apartment but they have done their best to make it comfortable and safe. It’s really what I expected for the price so I have no complaints.
