The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was going to get ice on the second floor where the room was but it didn't work. So one of the ladies ran up to the 3rd floor to let me know that it was working. She went out of her way to let me know that it was working. We will definitely be staying there when we travel to Lake Charles.

Our room was cleaner than we had hoped. The smell of dogs was over whelming in the public areas, which turned my stomach when I went to get breakfast for my spouse and I. Syrup was empty, couldn’t have a waffle, gravy but no biscuits. It took over 20 minutes to bring additional biscuits and I never did get syrup. This things don’t matter to me as much as the cleanliness of the room. It was spot on. But if you’re going to offer the extras, the extra should be available.

Hotell is usually really clean. Staff was really friendly
Tv did not work the entire 2 days I was there. Rim was not ready at 330, had to leave and come back at 5 o'clock to check-in. Staff tried getting me to check into a double instead of king that I reserved originally.
