They gave every detail instructions
A lot of the instructions were like fine print and I was hard to find when I needed it most

The pool did not work and we really wanted to chill at the pool and the shower curtain rode was rust causing the shower curtain to be dirty! The room sizes were cool! The appliances the balcony was a vibe!

The location was in a very pleasant neighborhood and convenient to MD Anderson.
The gate fob was not offered and it was raining. The patio rug was molded and nasty. The outlets in the master bath were not working (we called and they never sent maintenance as they said they would) Dishes on the table were filthy. The Trashcan lid was filthy. For $150 cleaning fee, we did not get the money's worth when we arrived. However, we left it in $150 worth of clean.
