I've stayed many Times this year. TV nvr works . Gets 1 local ness station and many staff has confirmed because Hilton ( next door)owner hasn't updated internet/wiifi. Plugs in n night stand R worn out & plugs fall out. I bring battery backs, multiple extension cords to plug into wall outlets. Many plugs only have 1 outlet working. Dubbed my stay in Feb., the 2 elevators only have 2 working & the other hasn't been fixed 4 times since then. The indoor.outdoor carpet I brought brushes & cleaners to clean. Too long stained didn't come out. Great location! There's a lot to like. My car was markedly scratched by-definite handlebars of the motorcycle, white paint with scratches both ending up like lightning bolts 2 side by side 3-4 " apart, ? Handle bars and perhaps the brake. Handle bars that were parked in lot next to mine all week end. Didn't leave the room, there for family surgery. Asked staff to look at footage,Corey, Niyah I was told were only ones to view footage. Both said too busy entire shifts. I was able to fill out an incident report & called DPD. Police said it's pvt property they have 24 hr security for the many cars thefts that happen in that area. I personally asked security to please just write up on Hampton Ltrhead that this vehicle did indeed stay in the hotel parking lot for 5 days . I didn't ask them to say they witnessed anything. The footage would disclose that as the motorcycles were there all wkend also, & parked next to my car in parking lot under a tree. You definitely felt the uncooperation in fear of an insurance claim. I had no intention of filing a claim, just wanted to show the person who I borrowed the car from what happened, my efforts to remedy it and the results. I love this hotel except nothing works

The staff reluctance to help me see or take a screen shot of motorcycles that were next to my car and obvious scrapes matching their handlebars.
