The customer service team was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all questions and concerns.
The room was old and outdated . Furniture was scratched, carpet and couch had stains, although the room overall was clean. The maintenance worker came up to fix the kitchen sink for lack of pressure that must have been called in by the last occupant. He looked at it, but said he would fix it after our stay? What not fix it for us? I also let him know the bedroom closet door was off the tracks. He looked at it, but again said they would fix it after our stay? We had a million dollar view which was nice, but wish the condo would have been in better shape

Loved the pools and the room
There’s no staff on site , and one of the customer service ladies — rosemary , scheduled for maintenance to come fix the water heater for two hours during our stay and tried arguing on the phone with me making it seem like we didn’t have a choice . I reiterated that we was not comfortable with it and that we paid for our stay ahead of time and that’s not fair and that we wasn’t okay with it.
