The location to the beach was great! The corner unit was amazing.
The smoking rules were not enforced. Every time I went out the balcony I could smell one or both kinds of smoke.

Spacious room inside and outside. Location close to stores and restaurants.
Front Outside light did not work...hard to see to unlock door...felt unsafe at night. Reported to onsite manager and RealJoy maintenance...was never fixed. Unit above our unit (409) threw beer cans, cigarette butts and vomited over their balcony (wind must have caused it to land on our balcony).
