It certainly is the best hotel in Norfolk. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the facilities were exceptional

Beautiful property. Neat, clean, and spacious!

It was clean and the staff was good
We stayed on a weeknight so things I thought I was getting were not available until the weekend
I bought 8 breakfast buffets only to find it was not offered during the weekend. I also paid $18 to park thru the hotel and later found the garage only garages $13

View was gorgeous. Room was clean.
Headboard beat up. Blankets are not fluffy or cozy....very thin. I was freezing in the room but hubby comfy. at 1:00 in morning no extra blankets in closet/armoire. I used towels as blankets. Love to sleep in complete darkness. Night light under bathroom mirror and bathroom doors are translucent. So light just went right through the door...I felt like was in Alaska. My room was so bright. After a full day organizing my daughters wedding, I was exhausted. Needless to say considering it was a Hilton I was very disappoited. Was not worth the money...it was expensive.
