New, Clean building, friendly and hospitable staff, amazing rates for everything they provided. I went to college year 20 years ago and this is infinitely better than anything back then. Very nice to have such a nice place to stay so close to the university.

The food at the breakfast was good enough. And a lovely set up for the presentation. However, there was far too little seating for the number of people present was very crowded and a cut off time of 9 AM was too early.
The room was very clean and appreciated and the sheets fresh and comfortable..
The coffee/tea station was lovely selection however it’s positioned in a high traffic area, causing people to be crowded andwaiting in a crowded space with elevators immediately behind us. Access wasonly one person at a time
The room itself was clean and comfortable however, the bathroom had much to be desired. The shower did not have a flexible, shower sprayer. The enclosure was half open, allowing water to go on the floor outside. The shower and the shower floor itself was extremely slippery. In addition to water outside the open half door design. Lastly, there is no vent fan in the bathroom.
