L'appartement est au dernier étage des appartements populaires de Puerto Estepona. Il offre de superbes vues directement sur la mer et un grand jardin privé sur le toit, qui est équipé pour se détendre au soleil. Il y a une grande piscine communautaire avec une piscine pour enfants séparée, des jardins paysagers communs et un parking sécurisé facile pour une petite voiture (quelque chose qui est presque impossible à trouver pendant la haute saison). Le penthouse comprend un salon / salle à manger climatisé avec télévision britannique complète, dont Sky et plusieurs chaînes internationales, films et séries, radio / CD et lecteur DVD ainsi qu'une connexion Wifi haut débit. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur / congélateur. L'une des remarques les plus courantes que nous recevons des clients est "à quel point l'appartement est bien équipé". Le balcon a une table avec quatre chaises et des chaises longues confortables. La chambre à deux lits a une salle de bains en face tandis que la chambre double est en suite. Le jardin sur le toit est exclusif à l'appartement. Il est équipé de chaises longues, d'une variété de plantes, d'un coin repas et d'un barbecue à gaz. Ceci est accessible par des marches extérieures de l'appartement. L'appartement entier est entièrement climatisé avec un système efficace et moderne. Dans l'ensemble, une superbe maison de vacances!

First time to Estepona and loved it!! Firstly, Martin on reception was very helpful on arrival, chatty and friendly. Didn't catch the other gentleman's name in reception but he was very helpful too. Such a lovely apartment, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only wish we had more time there! The balcony is ample size with loungers and table & chairs, and a lovely view of the sea. The roof terrace is very private and huge! We only used it once during our stay as it was too hot up there. The pool area is clean and very quiet, again only used that once. The only negative is the car park...spaces are 'very' tight.Fantastic location, have the choice of many restaurants/bars on the marina which is just around the corner, CORAL roof top bar, which is right at the end above the sailing club do cocktails and the view is amazing!! well worth a visit. Or a 20 min stroll via the promenade will take you to the 'old town'. That is another world! Very quaint with cobbled streets, lovely boutique shops, tapas bars, restaurants, and lovely little 'squares' to just sit and people watch! Such a relaxed vibe to the whole place.Cant wait to return. Loved it!

It’s been 8 years since our first trip to Estepona. We booked the apartment knowing the area, the facilities included and reviews from previous guests.
Communication was great, we were advised of maintenance work over running meaning the outside pool would be sadly unavailable, whilst disappointed we were appreciative of the advanced notice. Worth staying watching the work over the week the pool will be such a fantastic space to enjoy for those who book in the future.
Check in was prompt and information shared on the apartment, parking and area. We were able to drop our luggage slightly earlier whilst the apartment was being serviced. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job and were very thorough. This is one of the cleanest apartments we have stayed at.
Loved the apartment, well equipped, spacious and welcoming. Super quiet and felt really safe and secure.
Will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending this apartment to others.

This penthouse property is in a great location with fantastic views. Just across the road is a large Carrefour store with everything you need. A five minute walk and you are in the Port with a great variety of restaurants, and the old town of Estepona is about a 30 minute walk (worth the walk) The property itself has everything you need, with the added bonus of an additional balcony just off the lounge. The penthouse balcony was huge with a great balcony for entertaining. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived early hours of the morning and collected the keys from a post box. Instructions to the apartment were good.The property needs updating though the online photos are a true representation. The view of the port is stunning.There were a few disappointments; there were broken tables and chairs on the terrace. These should be removed and replaced. We found the floors of the apartment to be dirty. They appeared to be vacuumed but not mopped. The curtains in the bedroom were torn and shabby. The bed was stained and the sheets had holes in them. The roof terrace had many dead plants in broken pots.This is a lovely property in a stunning location but it needs some attention to bring it up to standard.
