Location, cleanliness and concierge.
The blinds is the master bedroom were not working properly and unable to be closed. Beans of light from the Oriole Park were shed into the room as they leave them on all night. Very little sleep for three nights.

The location! Also, the security of the place was excellent. I stayed 5 days and by the second day had it down, no problems. The outdoor patio was fantastic!!
I could easily hear the people in the apartment next to mine.

It gave a penthouse type of vibe..very well kept and simple…the view of Pratt st was beautiful..your steps away from EVERYTHING!(baseball stadium,Maryland medical school, bus stops,Lexington market and more! I’m a very clean person and they were stocked with everything you may need to clean up after yourself.
I don’t know the building policies but maybe get a chair or some patio furniture to enjoy the Baltimore view on the balcony.Im a TV on sleeper and the Tv in the master bedroom was useless(no apps or ANYTHING).The other bedroom had no TV at all so I had to sleep in the living room the entire week!
For future temporary tenants, maybe you shouldn’t ask when a person is checking out.I felt rushed,if you have a check out time established already, refer to it. 10am is already pretty early

Location and staff
Bed was hard as were the pillows. The top piece to the blinds in one of the bedrooms was loose and hanging over the. Shower curtain was too long for the shower. Needs a few cosmetic fixes
