We really liked the house, it was clean, with nice sized rooms. Pool and spa were great and we enjoyed the privacy around the lanai with the landscaping.
furniture and cushions on lanai need to be updated and/or replaced

We appreciated the layout of the home and the amenities! The heated pool was fantastic. The location of the home was perfect. We hope to return at some point!
This is the first home I've rented where electricity is not included, but they do a good job of telling you in advance that consumption will be calculated and charged. Just be sure to plan for that additional expense.
