I got a Genius upgrade and the room was really spacious! There were sufficient options for breakfast (nothing elaborate). There was also a shuttle to the airport, and the driver was really pleasant. Finally, we had several restaurants from which to choose within walking distance.
I had to request soap as there was none in our room.

From the shuttle drive when we where picked up from airport to the walking in the front being greeted by front desk staff to walking the hallways seeing friendly housekeeping staff in the evening when we went looking for a meal we met the bartenders the experience was amazing we booked a shuttle the night before through front desk again an easy smooth experience to when checking out and getting on the shuttle to the port every thing was a 10 / 10 for sure this will be my hotel of choice everytime

Location was not good and breakfast was average. The rug from the hall on level 3 needs to be replaced
