Proximity to the beach and the fun things in Kīhei

Location location location and view. The comfortable beds and couches. The airiness and fans. Loved it. Great beach gear to use. Not much to worry about. As long as you don't have hotel sterile expectations. Little sand. Little lived in looking.
Loud but Maui is loud in my experience.

Loved the location - walkable to beach, bars, restaurants, shops, everything! Loved having two bathrooms, having a washer/dryer, and having a kitchen. Loved having a pool and tennis courts. Loved the affordability.
Walls were very very thin (can hear everything going on outside and can hear neighbors), it was very warm inside, didn’t have sufficient toiletries (didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner), drains need to be unclogged in showers

The proximity to the beach, the elevator to the 4th floor was conveniant,especially with baggage. Dishwasher, washer, dryer
Cleanliness, noisy, falling apart air conditioner, bathrooms could be updated, shower drain was a bit slow, could use extra cutlery.
