It had a beautiful view outside with a playground across the street, close to food and the mall. I liked the kitchen and amenities it offered for use.
The outlets could hardly hold anything, constantly having to get up and plug stuff back in.
The door code never worked that they gave me to use, so I was outside for almost 30 mins waiting to get in the house when we first got there. Ended up having to use the physical key instead.
There was dog hair on everything, I get being pet friendly rental, but that doesn’t mean I want to relax in other peoples pet hair.
The furnace only blew in the bedrooms and left the rest of the house ice cold.
The fireplace never worked either

The location.
Was better than I thought..
That the fire place did not work . And it was really cold in that part of the house. And by turning up the heat it made the rooms very warm.

Location location location! Also it was very clean.
The yard was not maintained …weeds everywhere. The furniture was old and tired. The bed bc in the master bedroom was horrible! Very saggy.

The location was really nice
The fireplace wouldn't turn on. It states on the wall no pets on furniture (which I understand but I wish it was mentioned in the listing so we knew beforehand). I also wish it mentioned where the closest beach access area is. While showering in the master bath, the hot water ran out in less than 5 minutes (we had not ran the dishwasher or washing machine that whole day). Lastly, half the outlets were so loose you couldn't plug anything in.
