Location and quiet

It was on the 3rd floor, I could walk up the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator‼️
The carpet in the hallways were old and dirty looking‼️The condo only had 2 beach chairs, this was inconvenient when 2 friends stopped by, I had to buy a chair‼️
