Elevator broke. One bartender for too many people

Great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. The room was larger than most with a large bathroom and full kitchen.

Only one elevator was operating making it difficult to get anywhere as it was usually full. The towel rack was extremely rusty. The shower did not fully shut off.

Access Breakfast was barely acceptable. The only edible stuff was the waffles. But no Nutella....The rest was icky. Please set up croissants, ham, cheese, a choice of fruits, and a variety of fruit juices, not just orange or apple.

One elevator was out of order. No sign of a technician on their way... So the morning rush hour was awful. An elevator issue in a hotel like that should be dealt with within 4 hours.

The staff was nice the hotel was decently clean

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. I had pre-selected/requested a crib before our arrival, but it was never placed in the room. I even reminded the staff about the crib when I checked in early around 8 AM. We left and returned to the hotel around 6 PM, and the crib was still not there. I had to ask again, and it then took over an hour for it to finally be delivered. The AC was also a major issue. The temperature could only be adjusted using the controls on the wall unit, and even with the AC set continuously to 60°F, the room would only cool down to around 74°F according to the wall thermostat. It never seemed to cool the room properly. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, between the crib being forgotten despite requesting it ahead of time and reminding staff at check-in, the AC not working properly, and the uncomfortable bed, the stay was much less comfortable than expected.
