The lady who cleaned our room was such a sweetheart! The water didn't take too long to heat up and was always hot when you needed it to be. The 24/7 SpongeBob channel! The bed/sheets/pillows were very comfortable. The heated towel rack! Especially when I had to wash some clothes by hand, it was great for drying them
The room was very humid and it seemed like the AC didn't work. There was no room for privacy, so I had to hide in the shower to change in and out of my clothes. I would have appreciated a mini fridge and water. And no complimentary breakfast was a disappointment. I can't pay $22 a person for a meal when the other person I have with me is a child and we can't even store the leftovers in the room. Plus, ugh, the change in pressure in the elevators was too much for me.

-luggage personal is polite and helpful as always.
-carpets in the floor and the room (especially under the bad) was dirty with dust.
-shower floor had hairs.
-A/C and Safe in the room were not working (called staff for help, told me someone will come in 15 minutes, nobody showed up so I called back again and no answer)
-reception staff was not happy and you can tell (got worse from previous years which I has the same experience) talking among themselves infron of customers about the Hilton purchase and how they will be affected, as they are checking us in :)

The location is nice
The room I stayed in was terribly small, and the tv didn’t even work, and the showerhead would not stop pouring out water after the first time I showered there .
