SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach

It was close to our granddaughter that we came to visit.

Having to walk a good ways through construction, with me being handicapped.

Too much construction but I know it will get better

Have stayed here twice before, position is great, staff great, rooms good size & layout

We booked and paid for a King room with pool view which on arrival wasn’t available. We were offered a twin queen room with street view & had no choice but to take it. We were emailed just before our stay to say lobby was getting a makeover. They failed to mention that the rooms above us were also being made over, drilling & banging from 8am to 6pm. Wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known. We understand this sort of work may be periodical required, but it’s not ideal for your yearly holiday & rooms were plenty good enough last year. Also our room should have been cleaned every other day, after 4 days we had to ask reception to sort cleaning, then had to chase this again 2 days later. Not good enough. We’re not ones to complain & will stay here again once this works have been completed, but right now, standards have really slipped.
