Staff were exceptional, breakfast was good, comfortable bed.

The bath had marks on it as if though the last guest had a bath and it hadn’t been cleaned. There was quite a bit of hair around the sink. The shower was broken when I arrived, the maintenance team attended and made it work, but the trim around it still wasn’t fully secure - i think a new shower head might be needed.

The TV remote did not work. ( nor did the replacement)

Clean, friendly staff

The continental breakfast was great. From the egg white omelet for me to the fresh cinnamon rolls for my kids, all were happy. The staff was also very friendly that assisted with the breakfast. The only thing I would ask is they include a non-dairy option like almond or oat milk. They only had regular milk. This was mainly for me in my coffee, not a huge inconvenience but something small they could add as most hotels these days too.

The pool was dirty and not cleaned daily. Leaves, branches, and other debris in the pool. Lots of bird poop all around the pool as well, which was gross. In the room, the shower curtain did not work properly as water was constantly getting out of the shower for whomever showered in there. With that I would say the bathroom needs updating. We also were not provided full body towels in the room, only half towels, so I had to go get some from the front lobby. The TV system is dated with no ability to log into your streaming service like Netflix. The TV guide did not work as you couldn't select a channel from there. We had to manually go channel by channel to find a children's one. Time consuming and frustrating. This should be an easy upgrade for Holiday Inn.
