The room was spacious.
The attendant at check in was giving everyone that came to rent a room a hard time! I previously booked my room and at arrival was told I didn’t have a reservation, than when he found it he said I had already checked in earlier that day! Asked for a first floor due to disabilities he said he didn’t have any available. There was people checking in after us and he gave them a first floor! Only one burner in our room was working and I had to wait for them to come and fix the cable in our room!

Loved how clean and quiet my stay was
No one was at the front desk. I had to call so I can check in. I was given someone else's room but they quickly fixed the room mixup.

Convenience to my sister's memory care facility on Brace Road was great, reason i selected you
Internet service was terrible, service went out several times, why do you sign in every day, new code, annoying and stupid
No napkins/paper towels, shampoo ... only one small bottle for almost four day stay, one measly soapbar

Staff were very nice and helpful
So much noise during the night with music blasting @11-12 at night
