Beds/pillows/bathrooms all great.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast should have had more protein/less carbs such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese.
Carpets in hallways were threadbare and appeared dirty.
Did not like the charge for early check-in as we flew to Knoxville in the AM

Went to rooftop bar … service slow..ordered beer and coke…told that beer had tapped out and didnt replace keg, and soda dispensers not working.Hard to believe not prepared for weekend crowd, as this was a friday night.

Very convenient to our concert. Within the same block.
The price of valet parking was jacked up because of the concert, inappropriate in my opinion because the cost of parking was on their website as one price but turned out to be much more. Also my vehicle was ransacked and the contents of my glove box and center console were left on the front seat. I complained and a month later, after a couple follow-ups I was refunded.
