Great small boutique hotel, quiet and not busy at the end of September small beach. Pool was handy
The times we ate at the Hotel it was tasty & not expensive
Rooms were good excellent aircon and wifi throughout the property
Staff were friendly & helpful
Not many places to shop near but 7 eleven & pharmacy a few minutes walk away
Wednesday night had a fire show on the beach so book a table it was excellent

Yut and the wonderful teams of reception, admin, bar and waiting staff are WONDERFUL! Gary and I would never consider staying anywhere other than Royal Beach when we visit Koh Samui.

The room was fantastic, one of the best I have ever stayed in
Sadly the beach is rocky under foot so really cannot swim there but not too far from Lamai beach and Crystal beach

Quiet, small sized resort, easy motorbike rental from hotel.
Seaview from our room.
Breakfast buffet was small and not tasty. Not so much choices.
Pool was nice but water was too hot.
Hotel outside Lamai, good for quiet stay but you need a motorbike/scooter to move around and go out.
Can’t swim at the beach because of rocks.
Shower in bathroom not modern and not super clean.
No free water everyday as advertised
Room price is high for what you get.
Older style bed so not the most comfortable
$$$$
