Great breakfast and great host!!
When we come back (and we will when next in South Bend) we will stay here for sure but booking one of their better rooms.
We will reserve one of their better rooms next time.

The property is beautiful. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the history of the property and the town. The breakfast and coffee are exceptional. We stayed once on our way out east and stayed again on our return trip west. We plan to stay again.
