Great location. We had a “ocean view” higher level room - it was awesome waking up to the view of the water and the Bar Island Trail. We even saw some deer from our room in the woods behind the hotel.
The bathroom could be improved, the towel rack was broken, and the soap pumps were difficult to use.

It isn't plush but it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than any of the national chains. The views from our room were beautiful. The bus transportation into Bar Harbor center was a great bonus.

Nice and Clean
The room layouts are fantastic with plenty of room and the 2 sinks were great too!
The views was awesome!
Breakfast was okay. However it sure lacks variety;Need to add grits & oatmeal, bread and more fresh fruits.
