I love this hotel. It has a great vibe and I love the design.
It's tough for an Aussie to enjoy breakfast inside with so many people smoking in the restaurant. I sat outside instead.

The room and all hotel facilities were wonderful, breakfast was ala carte and delicious, coffee very good and music at the Sofia was fantastic. Service is top-notch and we were given individualised attention.

Breakfast was really good. Would recommend adding more options in the menu
Not a big thing, but I had requested for an early check in which the hotel could not accommodate. It did not seem like the hotel was full so was a little disappointed that early check in could not be accommodated

This is a very cute hotel in an old heritage building. Lovely furnishings and an excellent restaurant and bar.
No breakfast was included, had to purchase it, and the pastries were stale. Staff were unfriendly, and the room had a drainage issue. Very expensive considering no breakfast, pool, gym, etc. and average service.
