Cherry Valley Hotel

The whole place was absolutely beautiful. It was the best sleep I have had in a long time. We will be booking this hotel again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing was the price of food in the bar but that is the prices of everything now. I have no problems at all.

The beautiful courtyard. The bar area was comfortable and the bartenders were nice.

The outdoor verandas were in need of repair, cleaning and updating.

Was just disappointed the jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. Thats one of the main things I was looking for in a hotel this occasion. Although disappointed with that, I was very pleased with the size of the tub in my room!!

The location is good for college move ins. The setting is nice with the woods and it's quiet with ample parking.

The bed was super uncomfortable. We were promised a roll away that would accommodate two kids and we got a roll away bed that was so bad the one kid could feel the springs through it and the other one had to sleep on a makeshift part of the couch. We were told it would be enough space but it wasn't. When I told the front desk they just said, "that person is no longer working there and misinformed you" but no change was offered. They also didn't bring any additional blankets until I called two times asking for it. It took asking three times at the front desk for housekeeping to come finally at 4:00 p.m.
