Location. Assigned parking spot.
I’ve never seen such a small bathroom. You could not open the bathroom door completely because it hit up against the tiny sink. The sink was so small and there was a cabinet above it so it was difficult to use the sink.

The room was comfy. We LOVED having an ocean view and being able to walk right out onto the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location and room was as expected.
Room could have been bigger and more up to date.

Location
The room was ridiculously small and there is no space to put anything inside the room. It is advertised as a queen room because it has a queen bed in it - it should not have a queen bed in it. This should be a single occupancy room only. The bed was also hard and very creaky. The tv should be upgraded to a smart tv so guests can stream various movie channels.
