Flaviana, who checked me in, was very friendly - despite that she does not speak English, it was easy for me to understand everything, as only standard keys were used for all the three doors to the room (i.e. no numeric codes etc.).
I was walked about 1 minute to a different appartment building that was even closer to the railway station.
I liked a lot how very quiet was the room, and also its large size, as well as electric sockets, night lamp, table and switches of all the lights right by the bed.
All was OK for me, but I guess you might need to know:
- grounded (earthed) electric sockets/outlets were only in the hall at Flaviana's sort-of-office (I had to charge my laptop there);
- no kettle to prepare a tea
- no fridge.
This applies to the room I stayed at, and it might be different at other rooms potentially.
I would be happy to stay here again, even though I realised that it is better to take the train to Pompei from the Porta Nolana station because it was way too meny people waiting for this rather very short train at the main/Garibaldi station, so to get a seat it is much better to use the initial Porta Nolana station.

The owner is very nice and helpfull. We hade late check in without having to pay anything and we left the luggage there after the check in. The location is great. I highly recommend this place.

My fight was late so I arrived past the time that I had arranged, but Flaviana was very helpful in helping me check in
I arrived during a heat wave. Naples was hot!

The location is very close to the train station, the host was very nice considering I called him at 00.00 because I have lost my train to Salerno, it was a convienient way for a night, the bathroom was clean but the room it wasn’t that great!
The walls were dirty, there were scratches everywhere, the towels were wet
