Great location, though a little tricky to find once you get off the water taxi. Still, it was exactly what you would expect in old Venice. Very charming. The gentleman who check us in, Antony, was very kind and welcoming. He brought us prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! Breakfast outside was lovely.

It was in a great location, convenient to everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the Irish gentlemen whose name I cannot recall. The weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed having a drink on the rooftop patio after a long day. Super clean and nice, good size room. I would definitely go back.

We had a private bathroom but it was down the hall in a separate room next to another guests room. A bit of an odd set up and wasn’t too keen on this.

Location is good, it is not in the main busy area but not too far from it, very walkable. Staff is really nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned every day and new towels provided every day as well. Since it has hotel in the name, I was expecting to find a hotel, but it is more like a guest house.

No fridges in the rooms, so we couldn’t even keep our drinks cold and no options to buy at the property either. If you get thirsty during the night, good luck. Breakfast was very simple, no savory options available, not to our liking. Location was not easy to find at first, since the entry is at the back of the road. Bathroom is very small and the shower area is tiny, it was a bit weird to shower as the water was hitting the walls no matter which position I would put the shower. No place to hang the wet towels open.
