Lovely building in nice part of Prague with easy access to the old town. Room was large with high ceilings and even room for an extra bed. Breakfast was tasty with cereals, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, bread and salad amongst others.

The bathroom had a bath but only a hand held shower head that attached about 2 feet up from the bath so you may have to ask for a room with a proper shower if having only a bath is an issue. We also got back in the early hours of the morning one night and had to bang loudly on the front door to attract the night porter to open the door for us.

Cleaning was a weak point, I was not sure if it was really done every day. Floor in the room was old and sure has not seen deep cleaning for a long time.

Location was perfect with both metro & tram stations nearby (within 1-2 mins walking distance). Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok; not great, but not too bad either. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Room had fridge & kettle.

The bathtub was dirty, even though other parts of the bathroom was clean. Phone wasn't working; so couldn't call the reception. The passage ways to the room are quite narrow (not a big deal though)

Strong smell of bleach when I entered the room, apparently, it was intensively used for cleaning the bathroom (and the bathroom door was left open). I had to air out for hours, but the smell could be felt anyway. Wi-fi was very unstable and slow, I had to use my portable hotspot to get access to internet. Staff was friendly but when I complained they didn't even try to resolve any problem I mentioned above. Breakfast met minimum standards in terms of choice and quality, but not more. In the room, the table is comfortable but it is impossible to put a chair to the table, as the bed is located too close to the table and leaves no room for a chair
