Location was great for access to all old town. Breakfast was amazing, with staff keeping the huge variety fully stocked all the time. The only complaint might be only instant coffee in the room..

Lovely appointed hotel located about 15 mins walking distance from many tourist attractions and shops.Staff were very helpful with information regarding transport and tourist attractions.Great variety with breakfast choices.Some old memorabilia in a sitting room and even a playroom for kids!

Location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A/C that works - priceless asset in today's hot climate.
Excellent breakfast with great service. One waiter in particular, Jazaria, (we though she was the manager of the breakfast room) was so professional, intelligent, and clearly guiding her other colleagues, that we took down her name to thank her personally in a review. Such employees can leave lasting positive impression of the whole hotel on guests.
A fan in the bathroom and thicker blackout curtains would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Towel drier was available but turned off in one room, and non existent in another.
Those are very small issues, and we would not even mention them if not prompted.
