Nice and clean, comfortable with everything we needed.
Breakfast was fab, the staff/owners were lovely and friendly! The location was good, a bit of a walk to the centre - about 20 mins to The Shambles but handy to be able to park at the house!

Quaint guest house in great position. Easy walk to the old town and all it has to offer.
Stairs (the same as all these old guest houses), Shower lacked pressure.

The breakfast was nice and the host was a lovely lady and very helpful when we arrived.
The location was great with a short walk to the centre.
Our room was up in the roof and the beams were very low so you spent alot of time bending down.
The room definitely needs some care and attention with a worn shower tray floor and paint peeling off behind the tv and a worn carpet.
The room definitely could do with a redecoration.
