Aman at the recpetion desk was superb. Naina serving us at Shahanman was very friendly and helpful, Staff all over had always a smile & very courteous. Excellent feel to just be there.

Lovely comfortable bed. Very clean room and hotel. Nice Italian restaurant- although certainly not authentic Italian food.
Construction work till almost midnight and again from 0730 meant not much sleep. Most staff didn’t speak much English. Arranged a late check out with manager to have 3 phones calls throughout the morning asking the same thing - when are you checking out?! Not made to feel very welcome at this point and just left early.
