Location and SPA was great.
Too small/crowded breakfast serving place, food was disappearing too fast and wasn't served quick enough or even not replaced at all.

Die Lage ist nett, Zimmer sehr sauber.
Das Essen war wirklich etwas lieblos. In der Früh beim Buffet wurde einiges einfach nicht nachgefüllt.

The overall impression of the hotel is very good. The arrival was without problems and I was able to park my motorbike for free in the garages of a nearby hotel. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and there was a lot of choice. The wellness area with a swimming pool is great. This hotel is a good starting point for motorbike rides or hiking to Piz Boe.
It was obvious that I had a room in the older part of the hotel.

-shortage of bathroom supplies. We had to ask for additional shower gel
-the buffet was not replenished always. One evening the melon finished and we asked for more and we were told that they will not cut a new one
