It was a wonderfull villa. Every expectations were exceeded. The owners were very kind, all necessary infrastructure was present. On top of that, there was a great sauna and swimming pool. The location was fantastic, with a wonderfull view of the sunset. We definitely recommend this accomodation when you are with a small or large group.

Великолепное место! Прекрасный дом, оборудован абсолютно всем, что можно было бы захотеть туристу на отдыхе. Чисто, комфортно, современно. Есть небольшой сад. А виноградная беседка со спелым виноградом радовала взгляд каждый раз при вьезде на территорию виллы. Бассейн отменный! А какие потрясающе красивые закаты и вид на Которский залив!!!!! Хозяева были очень внимательны и любезны. Спасибо большое за комплимент для гостей и ценные рекомендации для дальнейшего отдыха!!!!

A perfect place to relax and recuperate.
Ivan is such a nice guy, he made us feel at home and helped us with local recommendations and getting around.
The road up and down the hill isn’t easy. But this what makes it quiet and isolated.

Brilliant villa half way between Tivat and Budva (about 20min to each). Everything you could need (pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen with grill, well stocked kitchen, ...) and views to die for. Quiet location and away from all the neighbors (nobody in eyesight so one can be naked by the pool etc). Absolutely delightful hosts.
