What a special place this is: quiet, residential, leafy. And the owner couldn’t have been more welcome, even opening the security gate at 5am after an early flight arrival at the airport. The room is light and spacious, with useful starter food already provided.
Taxi/Uber/Bolt is recommended anywhere to sights, though I felt safe walking in the daytime 15-20 minutes to Sandton Mall. From there, the Gautrain to Hatfield was easy and safe to get to the University’s ceramics collection which is world class [make an appointment to enter the relaxed grounds].

The property is so beautiful. It was super clean and the breakfast items were a really beautiful touch. The host was also super nice and accommodating

The location is best, and the host is very warm and welcoming. It felt like home away from home. Breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, and juice were an added bonus! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay.
