Ce condo de vacances au sixième étage fait face aux eaux de Clearwater Harbor. Le grand balcon face au nord et offre une vue à couper le souffle de l'eau. Le plan d'étage de cette chambre 3 permet une famille de profiter de l'espace sans encombrement. Profitez d'un environnement relaxant dans votre condo de vacances, avec les attractions touristiques de Clearwater Beach à proximité. Haborview Grande condos sont situés sur l'île de Clearwater Beach, et sont sept minutes de marche de la rive. Les restaurants sont juste à l'extérieur. 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain RÈGLES DE LA MAISON et exigences particulières: Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour réserver l'une de nos maisons. La personne réservant la maison doit également être l'un des occupants. Samedi au samedi réservation seulement dans les mois de février, mars, juin, juillet et août Séjour minimum d'une semaine. Interdiction de fumer. Pas de pêche au large des quais. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Aucune partie. Pas de remorques. L'enregistrement est après 16 heures Le check-out est avant 10h Environ. This place was great: super close to the best beach (easily walked with all our gear), close to the pier, great food, shopping etc all easily walked to. The location really couldn't get better. We did get to watch dolphins on the patio everyday. The place was clean and as described. Came with 2 parking passes, one reserved/one first come first serve, but there was plenty open spots to choose from. We did have an issue with the ice maker, but it was very promptly acknowledged and they came right away to reset it and ordered a filter that was replaced the next day. Really, great service. Our only two issues was although the pool was great it did close at "dusk" which was roughly 8-830. For us it was a bit early and there was no going around that rule as the key card to use the gate stopped working when the pool was closed. And we did have a larger group of us staying for 10 full days and some of the consumables supplied were lacking. We did have to spend quite a bit at the grocery store on items that were left behind as enough were not provided but purchasing them was more than enough such as toilet paper (2 rolls literally provided), paper towel (1 roll), dish soup and washer pods (enough for a weekend at best but that's it), no other cleaning supplies such as for wiping the counter, could not clean a bathroom as a normal person would in 10 days at there own home etc. Even with that said, we would still stay again, just be prepared for a first day grocery run.

The condo is so spacious and the layout is so nice. Everything was clean and the view is beautiful. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We will definitely be back again!

We stayed in a different unit both summers of ‘21 and ‘22 and wish we had gone back to that same unit. When we walked in it was very stinky like stale cigarette smoke and mold and the supply 8 bath towels for 8 people was pathetic. Mgt sent plenty of extra towels and a maintenance guy replaced the BLACK air filter and left us with air freshener plug ins. The ice machine was filthy, so we cleaned it and then it stopped working. They sent a countertop unit that made 12 tiny cubes every 30 minutes. The kitchen cabinets needed a wipe down. There was a full broken glass in the dishwasher. The hall bath shower curtain had a large blue stain. The living room furniture looked old and soiled. The deck furniture was subpar with paper thin cushions and with the glass missing from the table - it was pretty useless. We really didn't appreciate only 4 dishwasher pods, 1 dishtowel, 1 dishcloth, 4 clothes washer pods, 1 paper towel, 2 trash bags, and 8 paper thin beach towels for our one week stay. We purchased what we needed to get through the week and left behind what we didn’t use - hopefully the next guests get to use it. We cannot recommend this unit and we will be careful not to rent again from any unit managed by Florida Beach Rental.
