This was the most beautiful apartment we have ever reserved via bookings.com. We could have stayed a month as it was as beautiful as our home in Hawaii. The view of the tatra mountains through the massive windows was worth a million dollars.

Figuring out how to get into the parking lot to retrieve the keys was a bit confusing. But one completes arrivals and departures were super easy.

Excellent apartment, stunning mountain view, very central. Would have loved to give a ten but...

Dealing with the owners is difficult. If you don't have any problems, you will likely have an excellent stay. But if anything goes wrong... When we checked out my wife left her phone in the apartment. Our mistake. We had left the keys inside, as instructed, so we couldn't get back in. But we knew from the description of the apartment that someone would come to check that we had left the 15 euros city tax and to let us out (the building is gated and you need a key). When we didn't see anyone we called the contact number. Jana, who was kind and responsive, told us nobody was in the city at all, and we'd have to wait until 5pm before anyone could let us back in. That meant my wife had to stay behind and buy another ticket out of Poprad by herself. Later they asked for 30 euros to give the phone back, which obviously my wife had to pay, but it felt unfair.
