I was looking for a comfortable hotel in Kilifi area because my parents planed to come to Kenya. One of our friend suggested this hotel as the best hotel in Kilifi and his recommendation was completely correct. They are located next to beach and great ocean views. Buffet menus were changed every day and we could enjoy it very much.
Especially my dad enjoyed and relaxed so much.

The property is spotless large room tastefully built and decorated. The room we had was one of those that had direct access to the pool. The Spa and the massage therapists were beyond my expectations! If I ever go back to Kilofi I wouldn't even look for a nrw hotel. Silvet palms is the one.
The breakfast was a kismatch with the 5 stars rating! Everything else was more than 5 stars but the breakfast was very limited.

Breakfast and dinner were very good . Our only gripe which we raised with staff was not getting much papaya or mango . Mango is off season at this time , but papaya grow more frequently . Tea and snacks were great too - seafood fantastic . .
Nothing apart from the papaya / mango issue . Fruit section generally could be a bit more varied .

The pool
Beach was so dirty with sea weed that we couldn’t use it. Mostly local food for breakfast and dinner I expected something different for the price. When my son had an accident and fell down the stairs during lunch cause the chair wasn’t placed properly staff didn’t show any reaction or tried to help.
